Youth Guild 2011-2012 Application and Dues

Recruiting Members for the Youth Guild for the Performing Arts!

The Ogden Symphony Ballet Association is pleased to announce membership recruitment for the Youth Guild for the Performing Arts!

In 2011-2012, the Youth Guild begins its twelfth year and the OSBA celebrates its 61st season in Ogden.


The Youth Guild is an exciting program for the youth in the Ogden area.  The purpose of the Guild is to enhance appreciation, encourage education and promote future audiences for live symphonic music and classical dance.  Guild members will serve as volunteer ushers and have many benefits available to them including reduced price family tickets to the performances, performance opportunities, service hours and educational activities (as well as it looks terrific on a resume or college application!).


Membership is open to all students, male and female, from 9th to 12th grades.  Guild dues are $30 per year ($35 after
July 15th), plus a $5 internet processing fee.  Membership limited to the first 150 applicants.

July 15, 2011.

Purchasing Tickets

  • When you purchase tickets from symphonyballet.org, you are given the best seats possible by one of our staff.  To reduce costs, you cannot choose your own seats online.  To help the staff seat you in the best possible seats, please be specific in the "notes" section about where you would like to sit.  (i.e. Balcony Left, Second Row, or I would like to sit on row R on the right side.)
  • After your purchase your tickets, you will receive an automatic response from our website stating that we have received your order.  You will receive a second email from us detailing your seats, cost, and fees, as well as some important information about the Concert and the Browning Center.
  • There are no refunds for any reason.
  • Exchanges can be made up to 48 hours prior to a performance for a fee of $2 per ticket (your first exchange will be free).
  • For the enjoyment of all patrons, children under the age of 8 are not admitted to most programs. *The Nutcracker is appropriate for ages 3 & up; and the Family Series is appropriate for all ages.
